The research project aims to identify the differential impact of information and communication technology on firm level productivity with varying managerial quality. The present paper attempts to formalise this result by expanding the Bloom et al (2016) management as technology model by distinguishing management technology from organizational structure and allowing for the interaction of ICT investments along both dimensions.
